First official Paradart tournament in Landshut

And the official Bavarian Championship in Paradart 2024

On April 21, 2024, history was made as the Bavarian Dart Association hosted its first official Paradart tournament – the Bavarian Paradart Championship. The event took place in Landshut, where eleven players competed in two large groups, delivering exciting, competitive, and fun matches across all skill levels.

I competed in the Classic category and got off to a strong start after an intense warm-up. The group stage was tough, but I quickly found my rhythm and advanced confidently to the semifinals. In both the semifinal and final matches, I played convincingly and ultimately secured the title with a close 3-2 victory over Nico Schöfberger, becoming the first-ever Bavarian Champion in Paradart Classic!

A big thank you to all participants for an amazing afternoon and to SSV 63 Landshut-Schönbrunn and their helpers for their fantastic support. The tournament was a great success, and I’m already looking forward to the upcoming competitions.

More events are on the horizon: On July 20, the next Paradart tournament will take place at DDC Kienberg, and additional venues for May and June are still being sought. Clubs in Central and Northern Bavaria are encouraged to host Paradart tournaments before the ranking season officially begins.
